As a home-based training environment, we are a great option for anyone who wants dedicated one-on-one training in a stress and anxiety-free environment. Not sure what to do in the gym? About Us
Ally Hunter - Owner of Functional Fitness & Strength Training - is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals through training programs that progressively challenge you while remaining accessible. Your training will take place in a supportive environment where you feel safe to try new things! Programming will focus on functional fitness, mobility and overall health, while taking into account your personal goals and needs. Are you interested in learning Olympic lifts or strength training with a barbell? Or are you more focused on mobility or metabolic conditioning? No matter what, I will work with you to align your program with both your desired training type as well as challenge you to learn and apply new things to your program. I hold certifications across multiple training modalities and am qualified as a Personal and Group Trainer, Women's Training Specialist, Pre/Post-Natal Coach, CrossFit L1, Nutrition Coach and am trained in Kettlebell Basics so am well-qualified to meet your individual needs.
