PERSONAL TRAINING - In Person/Online/Hybrid

Personal Training  at FFS is not a "one size fits all" approach. Prior to beginning your program, we will discuss your goals, needs and the best way to achieve those goals. Maybe you want to gain strength and are interested in learning barbell basics or maybe you would like to prioritize mobility and metabolic conditioning. Ultimately your training will be targeted to your needs and goals - but most importantly it will be safe and FUN!

There are single sessions and bulk training options, as well as different weekly commitments (1x/2x/3x) which will all impact cost. There are also hybrid options available (1x per week in person with 1-2 online or personalized sessions for you to complete on your own. Our intake discussion will dictate how we move forward and the associated costs.
